Calling Writers, Podcasters, and those who sometimes think about it…

In case any of you sometimes think about getting started writing or podcasting on Orthodox topics, I thought I’d let you know about an upcoming conference that might really help you get started.

I’ve attended both of the previous Ancient Faith Writers & Podcasters Conferences (we call them AFCon for fun), and this year’s conference promises to be as good or — if I could even imagine it — even better. Every year, I meet people I’ve always wanted to know (writers and podcasters whose work I’ve followed for years, and the behind-the-scenes people who make all the decisions.) I’ve made writer friends and we connect all year online, exchanging ideas and helping each other out. This is such a great way for Orthodox writers and podcasters to make connections with one another and to learn everything they need to know to get going — or keep going — in the world of Orthodox publishing!

If you’re interested in writing, podcasting, or publishing of any kind in the Ortho-sphere, you should come along. You’ll meet amazing people, learn valuable things, and find that you are welcome in this community, where every unique contribution is valued. Come be a part of it!
