I&#8217;m still working out the balance of the kinds of work I plan to do there and here.<\/p>\n<p>In any event, in case you don&#8217;t happen to be a reader over there yet (and why not?), I thought I&#8217;d update you on stuff I&#8217;ve published over yonder (since I last posted here, more than a month ago) as well as some other items of note.<\/p>\n<p><b>Stuff I&#8217;ve Written:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ancientfaith.com\/orthodoxyandheterodoxy\/2012\/07\/03\/sacrament-and-culture-why-protestants-dont-redeem-the-time\/\">Sacrament and Culture: Why Protestants Don\u2019t Redeem the Time<\/a> briefly examines the question of the relation between sacramental theology and artistic work, by way of a link to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orthodoxartsjournal.org\/the-creation-of-a-christian-culture\/\">a piece<\/a> on the new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orthodoxartsjournal.org\/\"><i>Orthodox Arts Journal<\/i><\/a> weblog.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ancientfaith.com\/orthodoxyandheterodoxy\/2012\/07\/24\/ecclesiological-darwinism-reformed-catholicitys-denial-of-the-foundation-of-the-reformation\/\">Ecclesiological Darwinism: Reformed Catholicity\u2019s Denial of the Foundation of the Reformation<\/a> is a criticism of a new (to me) historiographical argument by certain Neo-Calvinists, namely, that the currently fractured, denominationalist state of Protestantism represents an evolutionary advance on Orthodoxy and Roman Catholicism, which are &#8220;earlier&#8221; forms of the Church.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ancientfaith.com\/orthodoxyandheterodoxy\/2012\/07\/31\/the-biblical-argument-for-abortion\/\">The \u201cBiblical\u201d Argument for Abortion<\/a> looks at the claim that being pro-life is a recent Christian invention.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ancientfaith.com\/orthodoxyandheterodoxy\/2012\/08\/07\/spiritual-but-not-religious-and-the-path-to-god\/\">&#8220;Spiritual But Not Religious&#8221; and the Path to God<\/a> is a revision and republication of one of my more popular posts from last year on this weblog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Stuff I&#8217;ve Recorded:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ancientfaith.com\/podcasts\/emmaus\/an_introduction_to_god_encountering_the_divine_in_orthodox_christianity\">An Introduction to God: Encountering the Divine in Orthodox Christianity<\/a> is a talk I delivered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in May. Stellman was a prominent Presbyterian Church in America pastor who rejected <i>sola scriptura<\/i> and <i>sola fide<\/i> and is becoming a Roman Catholic.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ancientfaith.com\/orthodoxyandheterodoxy\/2012\/07\/13\/gay-bishops-and-the-bible\/\">Gay Bishops and the Bible<\/a> by Vincent Martini looks at the problem of <i>sola scriptura<\/i> adherents declaring fellow Protestants to be acting &#8220;unbiblically.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ancientfaith.com\/orthodoxyandheterodoxy\/2012\/07\/06\/venerating-the-virgin-orthodox-christian-reflections-for-protestants\/\">Venerating the Virgin: Orthodox Christian Reflections for Protestants<\/a> by Jodie Anna Boychuk.
